Job Description
What You'll Do Make outbound calls to customers due for maintenance and repairs. Schedule and confirm service appointments. Contact customers who have missed or canceled appointments. Re-engage inactive customers and build long-term loyalty. Communicate through phone, text, email, and CRM tools. Help maintain a full appointment schedule for our service advisors. Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and professional appearance. Outstanding phone and communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve goals. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficiency and attention to detail. Customer service, call center, hospitality, or dealership experience is a plus—but we will train the right person. Performance Expectations Successful team members consistently: Make 100+ outbound customer calls per day . Schedule 15-20 quality service appointments daily . Maintain accurate CRM documentation. Help increase customer retention and service department growth. Work closely with service advisors and management to exceed dealership goals.
