We're currently hiring an Entry Level AT&T Assistant to join our growing team. In this position, you'll work directly with customers, assist them with questions regarding AT&T products and services, help identify solutions that best fit their needs, and ensure every interaction provides a positive customer experience. This is a people-focused, entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. We place a greater emphasis on communication skills, professionalism, and work ethic than previous telecommunications experience. This position is a great fit for candidates with experience in: Bartending Serving Restaurant & Hospitality Retail Customer Service Front Desk & Reception Recent College Graduates Any fast-paced, customer-facing environment Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant (Spanish Required): Answer customer questions regarding AT&T wireless products, internet services, devices, and promotions. Help customers compare available products and services based on their individual needs. Assist with account updates, new service enrollments, and product information. Build positive relationships through excellent communication and customer care. Maintain a thorough understanding of current AT&T products, services, and promotions through ongoing training. Accurately document customer interactions and complete necessary paperwork. Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth and positive customer experience. Consistently represent AT&T with professionalism and integrity.
