We're adding a Customer Service & Sales Associate to our Kalispell team. This position combines hands-on customer service with sales, product education, and account assistance. You'll spend your day working directly with customers, answering questions, helping them understand available products and services, and guiding them through their options. Training is provided, so previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Your Day-to-Day Welcome customers and identify what brought them in Ask questions to better understand their needs, preferences, and budget Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service throughout each interaction Explain products, services, pricing, promotions, and available options Help customers compare products and select options that fit their needs Demonstrate product features and explain how different options work Assist with purchases, upgrades, account selections, and additional products or services Answer customer questions and address basic concerns before, during, and after a purchase Accurately complete transactions and enter required customer information Learn current promotions, product updates, pricing, and new releases Check in with customers when follow-up assistance is appropriate Keep accurate records of customer and sales activity Work toward established daily and weekly sales and customer service goals Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching Help maintain an organized and welcoming customer environment Compensation & Benefits $15-$19 per hour Commissions in addition to hourly pay Performance bonuses Employee discounts Hands-on training and ongoing support Opportunities for continued development and advancement What We're Looking For Friendly and professional communication skills Comfortable helping and speaking with customers face-to-face Customer-focused approach to sales and service Ability to learn products, promotions, and basic technology Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule Comfortable working toward individual and team goals Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Experience in customer service, retail sales, sales associate positions, hospitality, restaurants, wireless, electronics, account support, or other customer-facing roles can transfer well into this position. Schedules may fall between approximately 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM , depending on business needs. Some evening and weekend availability is needed due to retail operating hours.
