Job Description

Support Specialist A fast-growing healthcare technology company is hiring Support Specialists. By combining advanced technology with a patient-first mindset, the organization partners with assistance programs to reduce barriers. With a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and meaningful impact, this team is building scalable solutions that simplify complex healthcare payment processes while improving the overall patient experience. The Support Specialist is tasked with handling and addressing inquiries through phone, chat, and various other communication channels. This position is crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving quality and performance benchmarks.
Starting Pay:
$22/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday - 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Maintain strong knowledge of program resources and services to effectively support patients and providers Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, thoroughly research issues, and resolve them within required timeframes Coordinate referrals, manage orders, and arrange procedures while ensuring clear communication with patients and providers Document all interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date information in company systems Meet client-specific quality and productivity performance goals. Follow established workflows, scripting, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
Qualifications:
3+ years' customer service experience, related to healthcare or pharmaceutical support Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on details and results Interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills with the ability to use discretion when discussing confidential consumer-related issues High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Get in touch!
