S_180225 Spherion is hiring Customer Service Representatives immediately in Asheville, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a customer service position. These positions are fast-paced and require high levels of computer and phone use, often using multiple computer screens.

Working Hours:

8:00AM

• 5:00PM, Monday

• Friday Responsibilities:

  Take incoming calls and provide answers to frequently asked questions Assist customers in a timely manner Schedule appointments Scan and fax documents Data entry duties as required Coordinate the preparation, editing and distribution of correspondence, reports and documents Working hours: 8:00 AM
