Our CSRs give the first and last impression of our hospital and play a vital role in supporting both our clients and medical team.
Position Type:
Full-time (38hrs/week)
Schedule:
4 days per week between Monday-Saturday (schedule varies). Must be flexible with shifts. Position Overview The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations in a fast-paced veterinary environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and professionally Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments Check patients in and out for appointments and procedures Process payments and review invoices with clients Maintain accurate patient records Communicate clearly with doctors and medical staff regarding patient needs Assist with client questions regarding services, medications, and general care Help maintain a clean and organized reception area Support the team to ensure efficient daily workflow Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred (veterinary or medical office) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in emotional or high-stress situations Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills and ability to learn practice management software Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Passion for animal care and client support What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid time off Health, dental, vision & life insurance Employer match 401K Employee Assistance Program Employee pet care discounts Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and continued learning
