Job Description
About Us PostNet Chapel Hill is a locally owned printing, design, and shipping center serving the small businesses, students, nonprofits, and residents of Chapel Hill and Carrboro. We are a brand-new location, which means the person we hire helps set the standard for how this center runs from day one. We are part of the national PostNet network but independently owned and operated, so the work here is personal, visible, and directly tied to the reputation we build in this community. The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative — someone who is comfortable being the most capable person on the floor.
This is a hands-on role:

This is a step up from a standard retail position. You will be trusted with keys, with pricing conversations, with our most important accounts, and with coaching part-time team members. If you like variety, take pride in solving problems, and want a role where your judgment actually matters, this is a good fit.
