Responsibilities Assist customers with questions about products and services. Provide friendly and professional assistance throughout the customer experience. Help identify opportunities to introduce customers to relevant products or services. Maintain organized records of customer interactions. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
