Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, efficiency, and member satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or off-location setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a virtual environment. Proficiency with computer systems and common software applications. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
