Customer Service Representative Location:

Cherryville, NC Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Pay:

$16.00/hr

Job Summary:

This role supports daily office and customer service operations within a manufacturing environment. The CSR will handle data entry, communication, and order support while ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer service support via phone and email Enter and update orders, data, and customer information accurately Use Microsoft Excel to track, organize, and maintain records Communicate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and timely processing Assist with general office duties and administrative support Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Qualifications:

Microsoft Excel skills required Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Manufacturing or logistics experience is a plus

Pay:
