Due to strong growth, Tindol Ford Body Shop is looking for additional Experienced Body Shop Advisors . Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them throughout the collision repair process Inspect vehicles and gather information needed to prepare repair estimates Explain recommended repairs, repair timelines, and the repair process to customers Maintain regular communication with customers and provide updates on repair status Work with insurance companies and adjusters to coordinate repairs and approvals Review repair orders and ensure all necessary work is properly documented Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs progressing efficiently Ensure customers understand completed repairs and final paperwork at vehicle delivery Help coordinate rental vehicles and other transportation needs when applicable Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records Help provide a clean, professional, and welcoming customer experience Qualifications Previous automotive, collision, service advisor, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer repair orders at the same time Comfortable communicating with insurance companies and adjusters Basic knowledge of automotive collision repair is preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team Tindol is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
