Magic Shields USA Be part of a growing company making a difference in senior care. Magic Shields USA is growing, and we're ready to add another great person to our team. We provide an innovative fall-impact reduction product to skilled nursing, assisted living, senior living, and healthcare organizations across the country. We're looking for a friendly, confident, organized Customer Service Representative who takes pride in helping people, communicates professionally, and isn't afraid to take ownership of their work. Someone who can talk comfortably with a customer, write a professional email, stay organized when several things are happening at once, and follow something through instead of assuming someone else will handle it. You'll likely thrive here if you're: Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with people Organized and detail-oriented Dependable and consistent Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Able to manage multiple priorities Willing to ask questions and learn Coachable and open to feedback Comfortable taking initiative Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Experience in customer service, administrative support, healthcare, call center, inside sales, or a professional office environment is helpful.
