  • Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech)
  • Hybrid Part-Time FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Monroe, NC We are looking to hire a hybrid role part-time CCS receptionist
  • PT Tech (to split the job with our current receptionist) for the physical therapy clinic.
The position would involve answering the phone, scheduling patients, checking in/out patients, switching rooms (sheets), laundry, and basic cleaning and upkeep of the office spaces. Direct Patient Support:
Assist with exercises, mobility tasks, and transfers using proper body mechanics.
Clinic Flow Master:
Keep the gym and treatment areas moving smoothly and efficiently.
Clinical Prep:
Ensure treatment areas are sanitized, organized, and ready for the next breakthrough.
Patient Education:
Help guide patients through home exercise programs (HEP) and keep them motivated!
Team Collaboration:
Assist with essential administrative tasks and light housekeeping to keep our facility "FYZICAL-ready." What You Bring to the

Ideally, you are currently pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Exercise Science , or a related field.

Do you have any prior experience working or volunteering in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, hospital, or similar rehabilitation setting? How familiar are you with assisting patients in exercises, transfers, and use of therapeutic equipment (e.g., resistance bands, treadmills)? The clinic's operating hours are Monday thru Thursday from 8 AM to 6:40 PM and Friday 8 AM to 3:30 PM. Please describe your general availability and the number of hours per week you are looking to work. Describe a time when you had to manage multiple tasks or patient needs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. How did you prioritize? The job involves assisting with administrative and light housekeeping tasks (e.g., laundry, cleaning equipment).
