Warmstead is a locally trusted chimney service company dedicated to keeping homes safe, warm, and efficient. Our team provides inspections, cleanings, repairs, and installations. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming voice of our company. Position Overview The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for answering calls, managing appointments, coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring that every customer receives excellent service from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Schedule and confirm chimney service appointments. Coordinate daily technician routes and provide timely updates to both customers and field staff. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system. Send service reminders, follow-up communications, and customer satisfaction check-ins. Assist with processing payments and handling billing questions. Data Entry Provide general information about chimney safety, maintenance, and company services (training provided). Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or office administration preferred. Strong communication skills with a positive, professional demeanor. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfort with scheduling software, CRM systems, or willingness to learn. Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and problem-solving.
