In this role, you will support customer service, claims processing, data entry, and inbound/outbound communication activities. No prior experience is required— paid on-the-job training is provided, along with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. As a Claims Support Analyst, you will assist customers, accurately document information, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional and timely support. Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone and other communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Handle and document customer concerns, complaints, and service requests. Process forms, applications, orders, and related documentation. Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary. Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or resources. Follow up on complex customer situations to ensure resolution. Accurately maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems. Gather and evaluate relevant information to investigate and resolve inquiries. Record details of customer interactions, actions taken, and outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and business operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills. Experience navigating multiple applications and systems simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
