Job Description:
Rite-Hite Customer Service Representatives serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales department. This position is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment in an assigned area.
This includes:
Working with the Sales department, customers, and vendors in submitting orders for equipment and parts Coordinating schedules and dispatching installers Assistcustomers and sales personnel who call in to request service Ensuring accurate invoicing Reviewing completed jobs to analyzeprofitability
Required Experience:
Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications: One year of related experience minimum. Prior experience in a field service operation helpful. A commitment to quality. Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
