We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate who loves connecting with people and creating a shopping experience that makes every customer feel welcome. What You'll Do As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play an important role in creating the welcoming and personal shopping experience we want every customer to have at 701 Chic Boutique. You'll help customers find pieces they feel great in, offer genuine and encouraging service, and help keep the boutique organized, inviting, and ready for each customer who walks through the door Responsibilities Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude. Provide personalized customer service and styling assistance. Help customers find clothing that makes them feel comfortable and confident. Become familiar with our products, sizing, fits, and current inventory. Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges. Assist with fitting rooms and return merchandise to the sales floor. Keep displays, racks, fitting rooms, and checkout areas clean, organized, and inviting. Receive, unpack, tag, steam, and display new merchandise. Answer customer questions in person, by phone, and through boutique-approved communication channels. Assist with promotions, special events, new arrivals, and other boutique activities. Support social media content, photos, or live sales when needed. Work collaboratively with the 701 Chic team to create a positive and supportive environment. Complete opening and closing duties as assigned. Positive and encouraging with customers of all shapes and sizes. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team. Organized and able to handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Willing to learn about clothing, fit, styling, and boutique merchandise. Comfortable using or learning a point-of-sale system. Able to maintain a professional, welcoming attitude, even when handling difficult customer situations. Available to work a flexible retail schedule, which may include Rotating weekends, Saturdays, evenings, special events, and occasional holidays. Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person. Physical Requirements This position may require standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, moving merchandise, and lifting boxes or merchandise weighing up to approximately 30-40 pounds.
