The North Dakota Eye Clinic, the region's leading ophthalmology and optometry clinic, is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Call Center Specialist . If you're passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences and looking to work in a positive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you! Whether you're answering calls or greeting patients in our clinic, you'll play an essential role in helping our patients receive the best care.
Job Description:
As a Front Desk / Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients both over the phone and in person.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering phones in a professional, polite, and friendly manner Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient inquiries Call triage and providing support for patient needs Greeting patients, checking them in, and assisting with any questions or concerns at the front desk Performing light clerical work and maintaining accurate patient records No prior experience is required—we'll train the right person with the right attitude. If you're motivated, energetic, and enjoy working with people, we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed in this role!

PM Tuesday-Thursday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Friday:
