Job Description
Driven Autobody Shop is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers and the shop team throughout the collision repair process. This role combines customer communication, scheduling, payment coordination, file management, and administrative support to help keep repairs organized and customers informed. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Training expenses paid to support career development Career growth and advancement opportunities Five-day work week with no weekends Supportive management team Team-oriented work environment What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process Communicate with customers by phone and provide timely updates regarding their vehicle Communicate with insurance company representatives, vendors, estimators, and other members of the shop team Schedule customer appointments and help coordinate the repair process Process customer payments and maintain accurate payment information Create, organize, and maintain customer files and related documentation Assist with forms, paperwork, data entry, and other administrative tasks Maintain accurate customer information and repair records Provide administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the body shop Work with estimators and production staff to help keep repairs organized and moving forward Assist with parts ordering and returns, supplements, estimates, and quality-control processes as needed Help identify and communicate issues that could affect the customer experience or repair process Perform other administrative or shop-support duties as assigned What We're Looking For At least two years of related customer service experience preferred, particularly in a retail or service environment Previous clerical or administrative experience Comfortable working with computers and business software Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and customer-focused approach Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a busy environment Strong organization and time management skills Dependable, adaptable, and willing to work as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Collision repair experience is helpful but not required Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred but not required Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation Why Join Driven Autobody Shop?
