Key Responsibilities & Details Collections Customer Service Location Lee, NH Hours:

Monday- Friday; 8:00am - 5:00 pm

Position Duties:

Effectively handle high volume of inbound and outbound collections calls Convey payment expectations clearly, resolve disputes, and maintain professional interactions with consumers Propose viable payment options to resolve outstanding balances, handle objections, and balance the interests of both consumers and our clients Document consumer interactions in collections database Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives Skip-tracing Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Experience in Commercial Collections preferred Strong time management skills Ability to create a sense of urgency Strong negotiation skills Well organized, ability to multi-task Effective decision-making skills Basic computer skills

Pay Rate:

$20 / Hour …

Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws:

rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
