17 Mast Road, Lee, NH Join Our Team! Lee Hill Early Learning Center is seeking both a caring, energetic, and dedicated Young Toddler and/or Infant teacher. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. We are looking for someone to start now in our young toddler classroom (12-18 months) and then welcome new infants to the classroom in January 2027. This teacher could also remain with the young toddlers if preferred. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Create a positive, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Maintain a safe and healthy learning space in accordance with licensing regulations. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's growth and classroom experiences. Qualifications Must meet New Hampshire licensing requirements for a Associate Teacher or Lead Teacher Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). A positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for working with children.
