Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Duties Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and live chat platforms. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing clients to appropriate departments. Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to document interactions accurately. Perform data entry tasks with precision using QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and other bookkeeping or office management software. Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure all client records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings for team members or clients. Provide general administrative support including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting office management tasks. Requirements Proven experience in customer service roles with strong phone communication skills and excellent phone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with productivity software. Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems, data entry tools, and basic computer literacy. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively. Previous office management or administrative experience—including front desk duties or medical/dental receptionist roles—is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus; familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and proofreading is essential.
