Who We're Looking For:
As a key member of the Quality team, the Complaints Administrator II will leverage substantial knowledge and skills to manage a broad range of complaint handling tasks. This role ensures regulatory compliance and contributes to the resolution of complaints involving many product families. About the
Role:
Perform complaint administration and manage other Quality Management System processes as assigned : Evaluat e potential product issues and allegations to determine if the complaint process is applicable. Document and investigate complaints to determine root cause and appropriate follow-up actions. Collaborate with stakeholders, including manufacturing, technical service, customer service and regulatory teams, to address complaints. Maintain accountability for the quality and timeliness of complaint deliverables. Present complaint trends and summaries to internal teams for further action or resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years related job experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of quality and engineering standards and medical device quality and safety requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Familiar with
ISO 13485
Demonstrated command of the English language (oral and written)
