We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. We specialize in the careful repackaging and reliable shipping of high-quality seafood products.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product details Process orders accurately and ensure timely coordination with the packing and logistics teams Investigate and resolve order issues, shipment delays, or customer complaints with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or order fulfillment role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Handles last-minute changes with confidence Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Familiarity with CRM systems, order management platforms, and shipping logistics is a plus Pay rate based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
