Introduction:

Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our customers. We're looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment. This isn't just a job—it's the start of a fantastic career!

Company Overview:

NaturaLawn® of America is a locally owned and operated lawn care company specializing in fertilization, weed control, insect and pest control, and lawn establishment. We do not provide lawn mowing, edging, or other landscaping services.

Position Description:

This is not a receptionist position. Team members are trained to handle all aspects of customer inquiries, including: Account setup and management Customer retention Processing payments Appointment scheduling Pre-notification calls Answering technical questions Initial training lasts 2-4 weeks, with a full training program extending over the first year. As such, we are seeking only serious, career-minded applicants.

Required Experience:

Applicants must have at least 2 years of telephone experience resolving customer concerns or inquiries. The ideal candidate is a team player who can also work independently when needed.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. No weekends! We believe in giving our team members time to relax with family and friends.

Benefits:

Employees are offered enrollment to our benefits program after 60 days. Medical, Dental, Prescription, and Vision coverages are included. After 90 days, employees are eligible for paid time off and paid holidays. After one year of employment, 401(k) retirement plan enrollment is available to employees. In addition to accrued paid time off, employees are now offered up to two days off for mental health reasons. We understand sometimes an employee just "needs a day" to clear their head and get refocused; we're here for you when this time arrives.
