Job Description

Gentlestone Wealth, a fast-growing independent wealth management firm serving individuals, families, and their businesses for over 35 years, is currently seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our growing and ever evolving team primarily in our Clinton, NJ location. In this position, you will be responsible for representing the company in a positive, professional manner as you interface daily with clients. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities. The ideal candidate for our team will have superb organization, exceptional attention to detail, and high ownership of their responsibilities to help us build and maintain our strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients
  • Proactively call clients or prospects to set up meetings
  • Conduct client appointment reminder calls and check-in call on follow up items
  • Answering calls to the office
  • Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
  • Prepare agendas and forms for appointments
  • Complete client tasks and ensure timely completion and communication to clients and team members as needed.
  • Assist in new business processing and tracking
  • Deliver superior client services including initiating and editing client communications, responding to client requests and overall support to advisors
  • Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor Key Traits of a successful

  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Administrative office experience
  • Primary location is Clinton, NJ in office.
Compensation Negotiable, depending on experience
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
