Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking HVAC or plumbing services, providing prompt and professional assistance. Manage incoming service requests, accurately entering data into our order management system and scheduling appointments efficiently. Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely parts procurement, inventory control, and equipment availability. Assist with procurement management by sourcing parts from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) suppliers and negotiating pricing to optimize costs. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and inventory transactions to uphold high standards of data entry accuracy. Experience Proven experience in customer service within HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical fields is highly preferred. Strong background in technology, with experience in computers and social media. Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
