Behavior Technicians Locations:

 Ocean County, NJ - West Creek, Toms River, and Barnegat areas. About the Role Sunshine Advantage is seeking dedicated Bilingual Spanish-speaking Behavior Technicians to join our clinical team. As a vital member of our organization, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll support treatment planning, collect data, assist with parent training, and collaborate with the care team—all while making a meaningful impact on children and families.
