Divinity Clergy Wear is a family-owned clergy and church apparel company based in Ewing Township, NJ, with over 15 years serving the clergy and church community nationwide. We operate a retail superstore, warehouse, and a fast-growing e-commerce business, providing robes, vestments, habits, and accessories to pastors, clergy, and churches across the country. We're looking for a Customer Service Agent who takes pride in helping our customers — many of whom are clergy and church leaders — get the right product, the right fit, and the right answer, every time. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media regarding orders, sizing, returns, exchanges, and product questions Process orders, returns, and exchanges directly in Shopify Track down order and shipping issues by coordinating with our warehouse fulfillment team Resolve escalated or difficult customer complaints professionally and calmly Represent the Divinity Clergy Wear brand with the professionalism and respect appropriate for our clergy and church clientele Assist walk-in customers at our Ewing Township location as needed Route bulk, institutional, or wholesale inquiries to the appropriate team member Keep accurate notes/tickets on customer interactions and flag recurring issues to management

What You Need Required:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats without dropping the ball Prior customer service experience (retail, apparel, or call center) strongly preferred Professional, patient, and respectful demeanor — you'll be working directly with clergy and church leadership Basic proficiency with standard office/computer tools Reliable and punctual; able to work on-site in Ewing Township, NJ High school diploma or equivalent Schedule Part-time, flexible during business hours; exact days/hours to be discussed at interview.
