As an Customer Enrollment Associate , you'll connect with customers, understand what they're looking for, and provide clear information about Verizon solutions. You'll receive the opportunity to develop your communication, customer service, and sales skills while working alongside an experienced team. What You'll Do Welcome and engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner. Learn about customer needs and provide information on relevant Verizon products and services. Explain wireless options, features, and benefits clearly and accurately. Assist customers through the enrollment process and answer questions along the way. Maintain accurate customer information and follow established enrollment procedures. Support daily team goals by participating in customer engagement and sales activities. Collaborate with teammates and leadership to maintain an organized and positive work environment. Represent Verizon professionally during every customer interaction.
