Reliable individual needed for telephone support and some clerical duties. Must have excellent telephone and customer service skills. Salary is commensurate with ability.

Starting Rate:

$20/hour Must be available 7:45am-1pm. Our office is in Flemington, NJ This is NOT a remote position.

Tasks include:

scheduling service calls, optimizing technician's routes and follow up telephone calls to customers. Understanding the geography of our service territory is a primary concern. Must be able to utilize map functions and make logical decisions to lessen driving time of technicians making them more efficient. Must be a self-starter keeping busy throughout the day with assigned tasks. Make necessary corrections to appointments, enter information accurately, monitor schedules and create follow up appointments. Work as a team with the rest of the office staff and technicians in order to maximize the company profits and beat daily goals.
