The ideal candidate has previous veterinary client service experience along with demonstrated leadership potential, excellent judgment, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. For the right person, there is opportunity to grow within the practice and take on additional responsibility and leadership over time. Veterinary Care Center is a small practice, which means opportunities for advancement may look different than they do within a large corporate hospital. However, there is meaningful room for the right person to take ownership of responsibilities, contribute ideas, improve systems, help develop team members, and grow into increased leadership responsibilities. We believe leadership is demonstrated through consistency, communication, accountability, initiative, good judgment, and the ability to positively influence the people around you—not simply through a job title.
