Full Job Description The Job Discription:

A well-established commercial printing and flexible packaging company in Hillside, NJ is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a company that has been a respected name in the manufacturing and flexible packaging industry for over 30 years.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and communications Assist with invoicing and invoice adjustments Support customers with orders and account inquiries Perform data entry and administrative support tasks Work closely with the office and production teams

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience required Strong communication skills (verbal and written English) Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and Excel Detail-oriented and organized Reliable transportation required Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Full-time position (35+ hours weekly)

From $19.00 per hour
