Founded in 1937, our vision is to be the automotive dealer of choice for employees and consumers. We are actively looking for Call Center Representatives to assist with our Lakewood locations. Pine Belt believes that no organization is any better than the people who work for it.

Responsibilities:

Receiving inbound calls from customers and transferring to the correct department Enrolling recent customers into the Pine Belt Promise Program Able to work anywhere from 8am to 8pm (usually in 8 hours shifts) and rotate Saturdays. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service. High School Diploma or GED.

Pay:

From $16.50 per hour
