Job Description
CHEMED Health is growing, and we're looking for professional, friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our Dermatology team. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to patients Assist patients with scheduling, registration, and patient portal access Direct calls appropriately and relay information accurately Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a positive patient experience Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous clerical, customer service, or call center experience preferred Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and problem-solving skills Availability for some evening hours preferred Why Join CHEMED?
