Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator We are a growing eBike company looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated team member to join our operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and chat Process and manage customer orders Coordinate shipping and track deliveries Handle returns, warranty claims, and customer inquiries Maintain accurate order and inventory records Assist with general office and administrative tasks Support other day-to-day business operations as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred Shipping and order fulfillment experience is a strong advantage Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email, and order management systems Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Experience in the bicycle or eBike industry is a plus but not required.
