• Friday 8 hour shifts Job Description As a Client Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinic operations while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Educate and Support :

Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.

Appointment Coordination :

Assist clients in scheduling appointments at hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Communication Mastery :

Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.

Record Keeping :

Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.

Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role ; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
