What You'll Do:

Be the

Expert:

Answer technical questions from Falcon Jet operators and provide multi-faceted support for all AOG (Aircraft on Ground) issues.

Customer Interaction:

Record and complete all customer phone contacts in our database, adhering to Department Guidelines.

AOG Response:

Execute the AOG Response process consistently, and step in as the AOG Response Coordinator when needed.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with our Worldwide Technical Front Line team to resolve issues efficiently.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Analyze and recommend corrective actions for aircraft discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.

Continuous Improvement:

Review technical materials and manuals, suggesting revisions to enhance safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Customer Assistance:

Help customers obtain necessary parts from our Spares department to meet technical needs.

Data Management:

Submit owner information changes and maintain familiarity with electronic maintenance manuals and research tools.

Annual Meetings:

Attend Worldwide Front Line meetings annually as directed by the Operations Manager.

Required Qualifications:

Two years of college education in aeronautical maintenance engineering or equivalent A&P classroom training. Minimum of two years of work experience with Falcon Jet aircraft systems (avionics, engines, etc.). Strong computer and telephone communication skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position typically falls between $95,000 and $105,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, and geographic location.
