We are currently recruiting for a BDC Representative for our growing Internet Sales and Marketing Department in Lumberton, NJ. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and be self-motivated.

Requirements You Will:

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls. Provide a first point of contact to all incoming sales leads. Market to prospective and previous customers via e-mail text and phone. Prepare for and schedule sales appointments. Build and maintain client relationships though our CRM system.

• Thursday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM; Friday from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM; 1 Saturday Per Month High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education.

Strong social skills with customer service experience. Previous phone sales or CRM experience is a plus but not required. Strong verbal and written skills. Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly. Team-oriented with a career mindset. #Miller4
