What You'll Do Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times. Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess customer needs. Obtain customer approval for recommended services and repairs. Offer and review multi-point vehicle inspections. Provide clear and accurate service estimates. Coordinate repair work with technicians and assign repair orders. Communicate repair updates and vehicle status to customers.. Follow company customer service and communication processes throughout the service visit.
