Automann services its distributors out of (5) US Distribution centers; Monroe Township NJ (HQ), New Lennox IL, Hiram GA, Duncanville TX and Ontario CA and (2) distribution centers in
Canada:
Brampton ON and Edmonton AB. Responsibilities Our growing Customer Service Team is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are skilled problem solvers and committed to delivering excellent customer service. This role supports our expanding distributor network across Latin America through phone, email, and various communication platforms. The position requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a professional and timely manner Process orders accurately and ensure timely data entry Identify and resolve issues related to shipments and order processing Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening and understanding their needs Manage each case through to resolution, including follow-up to ensure completion of agreed actions Handle customer claims, including investigation, response, and resolution in a timely manner Process credit notes and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in accordance with company policies Prepare and review export documentation for orders shipped to international customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance Troubleshoot issues by clarifying concerns, researching solutions, and implementing corrective actions; escalate when necessary Provide support across different processes within the department as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork Skills and Qualifications Previous customer service experience in a distribution environment required Experience supporting export operations and international customers required Proven experience handling customer claims, credits, and RMAs Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Professional and customer-focused phone etiquette Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Fluent in Spanish. • Must be highly reliable
