Position Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative with experience in chemical handling and 3PL operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between our clients and warehouse teams, ensuring smooth communication, accurate order processing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory updates, and shipment tracking Ensure proper documentation and labeling of chemical materials Address discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery issues professionally Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet customer expectations Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations Support continuous improvement initiatives in service quality and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

1+ years of customer service experience in a logistics or warehouse setting Familiarity with chemical handling protocols (Hazmat certification preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with WMS and inventory systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of 3PL operations and regulatory compliance standards
