Artcraft Promotional Concepts is looking for a resourceful, detail-driven Client Experience Specialist to help clients turn their goals into memorable branded merchandise solutions. In this highly collaborative role, you will combine client service, project management, product sourcing, and commercial judgment to deliver an experience that is responsive, seamless, and distinctly Artcraft. About the Role As the primary day-to-day partner for assigned client programs, you will work closely with Sales, suppliers, production partners, and internal teams to manage orders and projects from the initial request through delivery and follow-up. You will anticipate needs, present thoughtful product recommendations, communicate proactively, solve problems, and help strengthen long-term client relationships while supporting profitable growth.
Note:
This role is full-time, on-site at our Moorestown, NJ location 5x week during the first 90 days of employment (Introductory Period), then 3x week following successful completion of the Introductory Period.

What You'll Do Create standout client experiences. Learn each client's goals, preferences, brand standards, program requirements, timelines, and budgets, then translate them into responsive service and well-informed solutions. Own orders from request through delivery. Manage priorities, approvals, milestones, documentation, and follow-up while keeping clients and internal partners informed. Source smart, creative solutions. Recommend promotional products that balance client value, quality, availability, speed, brand fit, and company profitability. Deliver accuracy at every step. Validate pricing, quantities, artwork, specifications, production requirements, shipping details, and associated costs before orders are released. Build strong supplier partnerships. Work directly with suppliers and factories to confirm product availability, pricing, capabilities, and delivery schedules. Coordinate across the business. Partner with Sales, Client Experience support, art, production, accounting, and warehouse teams, including programs involving inventory, fulfillment, or special handling. Resolve challenges with confidence. Troubleshoot order, delivery, billing, and quality concerns; take ownership of corrective action; and communicate practical resolutions professionally. Help clients—and Artcraft—grow. Follow up after delivery, identify additional needs, share value-added recommendations, and spot opportunities to improve workflows and the overall client journey. Use technology thoughtfully. Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records, customer support platforms, and use company-approved AI tools to streamline appropriate routine work and create more time for client-focused activities. What You'll Bring Three or more years of progressive experience in client service, account support, order management, project coordination, or a related role; promotional products experience is a plus. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, active-listening, verbal, and written communication skills—and the confidence to pick up the phone when it is the best way to move an issue forward. Strong organization, prioritization, and project-management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude, including the ability to validate pricing, costs, quantities, and specifications. A resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, evaluate alternatives, and solve problems creatively. Business-minded judgment and the ability to balance client needs, service commitments, operational requirements, and profitability. A collaborative work style, dependable follow-through, adaptability, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning new products, systems, processes, and client programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems; SAP Business One experience is a plus. Experience working with suppliers, production partners, inventory programs, or fulfillment operations is preferred.
