Apply Now Description The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that all inbound telephone inquiries are handled professionally, courteously, and effectively. This role supports customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, assisting with claims-related requests, and ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate resources when needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle all calls professionally and courteously, ensuring callers receive excellent service.
- Respond appropriately to requests for information, documentation, and materials.
- Identify and assess customer needs to help achieve satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Process transactions, reports, and other required data accurately
- Recognize difficult or challenging situations and escalate through the appropriate management channels when necessary.
- Provide accurate information regarding insureds' plan policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Perform daily responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
