Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, organized, takes initiative to learn, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn and grow with our company. Candidates who are experienced working independently in a smaller office encouraged to apply! Training onsite. Duties The Customer Service Rep will support the day-to-day responsibilities in the office. Respond to customer calls/emails, book appointments, coordinate work schedules for technicians, and maintain the master calendar. Update customer databases, invoices, and files. Print and mail flyers for community advertisement campaigns. Use of QuickBooks Online. File paperwork/mail. May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned. Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
