3 Fulltime Role summary: Phone- and email-based customer service and administrative support. Duties include processing bond and policy requests, supporting underwriters, maintaining CRM records, and following up on leads and applications. No insurance experience is required.

Key duties:

Handle client, agent, and contractor calls and emails Process applications, renewals, bonds (Bid, Performance, Payment, Maintenance), and policy changes Collect financials and underwriting documents; keep records accurate Run reports and track pipeline Follow up on outstanding requirements and leads
