This position includes both warehouse work and helping customers. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers Help customers find and select merchandise Answer customer questions and provide friendly service Become familiar with products to better assist customers Pick and prepare customer orders Help load merchandise into customer vehicles Receive and unload incoming merchandise Stock and organize merchandise Take responsibility for maintaining and organizing an assigned inventory section• Monitor stock levels and keep assigned merchandise properly stocked Retrieve backstock from storage areas as needed Assist with inventory counts and inventory control Report low stock, missing items, or inventory discrepancies Keep assigned merchandise and warehouse areas clean, organized, and presentable Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Requirements Must be friendly and comfortable talking with customers Must have previous customer service experience Must be reliable and able to work well with a team Must be able to stand and move around throughout the workday Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
