Our client in the Swedesboro/Logan Township area is looking for two motivated, reliable Customer Service Administrators to join their growing team.

Sunday (8-4:30), Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (9-5:30)

Hours:

Mixed (8:00 AM start Sunday; 9:00 AM start weekdays)

Days Off:

Tuesday & Saturday salary: $18•$18.65 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM•5:30

High SchoolResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be the main point of contact for shipments, driver questions, and customer satisfaction.

Your daily duties will include:

Communication:

Answering phones and emails

Updates:

Contacting customers to provide real-time status updates of their deliveries

Coordination:

Scheduling deliveries and ensuring all parties are aligned on timing

Tracking:
