Job Description

Customer Service Rep (CSR) with strong technical knowledge needed for a parts manufacturer located in Swedesboro, NJ.

Hours:

8am-5pm, Monday to Friday Pay rate: $22•2 Per Hour, Dependent on Experience Scope of Work includes but not limited to: Answer incoming calls Prepare quotes Take orders from customers via phone Place part orders with suppliers Follow up on delivery times and order status Send invoices to customers Locate spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings Maintain Inventory•Keep lists and track of parts warranties Keep up to date records & spreadsheets Check service/trip reports from engineers for requirements Look up prices and compare quotes Admin support to purchasing and after sales departments

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge & Computer skills•Microsoft Office, Outlook, & Excel Good verbal and written communication skills Eager to learn Ability to handle company information in full confidence
