This position will be supporting customers in their spare parts department with order processing and product information. Description Answering customer inquiries about spare parts and products Preparation of spare part quotations Taking orders from customers and processing through ERP system Following up on delivery times and order status Invoicing customer and updating account information Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings Keeping track of warranty parts to be returned Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements Support purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties Qualifications Customer service and communication skills Microsoft office Ability to read blueprints- highly preferred Experience processing customer orders through ERP Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
